Drop-In Center at St. Paul's

Our Outreach Program's primary component is a multi-layered Drop-in Center - a place of hospitality and assistance.   It is open Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., serving an average of 60 men and women each day while open.

Located at the corner of Franklin and West 45th (4427 Franklin) at the border between the Ohio City and Detroit City Neighborhoods, All are welcome regardless of faith, income, sexual preference, etc.

                                Drop-In Center: Tuesday - Friday  9 am to Noon

 

  • Lounge with Free Coffee and Pastries

  • Free local phone calls (5 min. limit)

  • Restrooms (no Showers)

  • Outreach worker available to provide referral for addiction treatment, housing etc.

  • Pastor available for counseling as needed

  • Bus passes available with proof of appointment

 

                                Clothing Ministry: Tuesday 10:00 am to 11:30 am

 

  • 4 free clothing items each week to those who qualify from St. Paul’s Thrift Store

 

                                Food Pantry: Tuesday - Friday 10 am to 11:30 am

 

  • Must live in 44102, 44109, or 44113 zip codes

  • ID, proof of Household size and physical address required. 

  • Those who qualify receive a 3-day supply of non-perishable food each calendar month. Income must be less than 200% of poverty.

 

                                Birth Certificate and ID Vouchers: Tuesday – Friday 9 am to 12 pm

 

  • Must have social security card or government print with SS number. Parent ID required for minors.

 

                                Housewarming Kits

 

  • A mop, broom and cleaning supplies can be provided for those moving from street or shelter to an apartment. Must present a note from caseworker or proof of your new residence.
